Being small business owners themselves, VAs understand that success comes to entrepreneurs when they provide the best possible customer service. But, great customer service can sometimes be hard to upkeep when you are spending valuable time trying to stay on top of the non-core tasks that are a part of running a business.

While Flickr is certainly the most popular site, unless you are more interested in community interaction than displaying and protecting your photos, it is far from the best.

Smugmug has beautiful galleries that take no effort to setup, no advertising, total security for your photos (no one can simply steal them like on Flickr) and excellent customer service.

While some may think the $40 fee for an entry-level account is a lot, this can be reduced to $15 for your first year (way less than the Flickr pro account) with the following codes:

promo code: YAHOO (1/2 price on all memberships)
    referral code: XYIzvlyAxTPgo ($5 off)

This $15 then gets you unlimited uploads and downloads and an excellent means of storing your photos offsite.

I just signed up with www.mejuba.com. Unlimited storage for both videos and pictures and it’s completly free.
    No monthly limits or qoutas.
Photos and videos are stored in their original formats and sizes and are kept unmodified for backup.
I also like that you can geo-tag your stuff so it shows up on a map. And you can search for stuff on the map – that’s cool!.
As the only site i know of it uses a Windows Explorer like navigation with folders – super eacy to use – even has drag and drop!.
    I can highly recommend it.
