    Thanks for a great list. I also find Creately (http://creately.com) to be a useful application for a developer – its great for putting together your UML designs, mockups and any other type of diagrams like flowcharts, page flows, etc to easily share and brainstorm with clients before we get into the actual code work.

    All of these sites look awesome. But is it just me or does anybody else worry about using some of these online tools? I need to read some of their terms of use but if you are working with a company there could be a huge privacy issue with putting your code on a server not controlled by you. I see this being a big worry as we move towards the cloud. Anybody else or am I just being paranoid?
