Billing Boss is a free online invoicing tool designed for small businesses and freelancers to create, send and track the status of invoices. I’m with the Billing Boss team, and I just wanted to mention that due to popular demand, we recently added Estimates (aka Quotes). This makes it easier to send a proposal to a client and then instantly change it into an invoice.

Free online invoicing is such a benefit to small businesses that are trying to make it. It is such a reduce on cost! Without electronic invoicing these days companies will be behind and less productive causing major detriment to them.
During my research into a new billing system for my adventure travel business I came across SnapBill. http://www.snapbill.com – an online billing and service provisioning system.
The system is comprehensive, affordable and has a high degree of automation. It allows me to manage my clients, issue and track invoices/quotes, receive up to the minute stats and set recurring charges. SnapBill also manages my communications with clients and allows me to receive and process payments.
SnapBill integrates fully with my brand – all my invoices and web based order forms are completely customized. I’ve been very happy with the service and support I have received from SnapBill – it’s definitely worth a look too.
We have been look for recurring billing system with integrated help desk and also something that can handle our expenses and basic payroll. I came across http://www.CRMBill.com, it seems to have everything I needed. I have given it a try for a month now and I am pretty satisfied. I got free nice upgrades for Employees Leaves as well now. It does integrate with quite a few 3rd party system which is excellent.
The best thing I found that is lacking is that it can manage my both small businesses. Now I can manage both businesses within a single system which is great I think and is lacking in the other systems I have been recommended before.
I would recommend for any small businesses out there specially if you looking for a single system to manage all your companies.
How does it differ from CurdBee?
I’ve been using CurdBee for sometime and it’s very smooth and easy to use compared to other invoicing apps at that time.
