These are mostly terrible. Some are interesting to look at but nearly all of them fail the design objectives of a resume.
Looked more confusing than innovative. A person would immediately leave the website on seeing such complex images.

I never know how creative to get when doing my C.V. as you can never know what a potential employer is looking for. Do you create two C.V’s one clean and commercial and one a bit more creative…or do you just create one which suits your personality and style? Some of these examples are great and work perfectly, however I feel that many of them looked too cluttered and are hard to follow, for example the Heyfreddo example has a lot going on and doesn’t have a logical flow; if I was an employer this would be a big distraction. I think designers need to find a good balance when designing their C.V’s so they’re both creative and informative.
