With the irresponsible practice of never backing up their RAID 5 servers, they lost over a year's worth of their earliest and latest user's accounts and files since 2006.Their pitiful disclaimer of not being responsible for the loss of user's files does nothing to address the hundreds of broken links that each user will now have to individually text-edit in order to repair.This level of incompetence or intentionally irresponsible approach to industry standard recommended file server backup procedures is misleading, especially for those who had paid subscriptions for their premium services.Be wary of trusting your hosted links to any service that won't describe their admin procedures and has no other contact method than a web-form email link.
