Why mention XML Sitemaps when Yoast’s WordPress SEO has that same functionality (little better actually) built into his plugin? No need to have both. fyi 🙂

Great post. Some of these plugins I have used in the past, yet with the new Panda update I have back off of the automated plugins. The caching plugins are gold. I use Hyper Cache together with DB Cache Reloaded. Used together, these are the ultimate WordPress plugin caching weapon! Thanks again, great post.

I think there are now available for WordPress on a few thousand extensions. The choice of installed extension depends on the target that you set for yourself. And how safe are these extensions? Mostly this extension compromise a system.

Didn’t found any plugin for Custom post type listed here. I am using Ultimate Post type Manager which is good.
