Where do you find this great stuff? Share Toaster sounds awesome! Do you happen to know if it hogs your memory though. I use iShowU HD (for mac and it hogs my memory like crazy). I am going to get share toaster right now!

There are some really useful tools here which can save time and keep you organised.
I like the idea of Backupify and being able to back up data from social network sites.
MakeSomeTime looks like a great tool and something that can help organisation. You can keep track of time and what you have done.
I will definetely be trying out some of the others, especially screentoaster!

Thanks for sharing the list! Going to recommend Floorplanner to my gf. She just bought a place and is having trouble with the TV/sofa arrangement.

Another useful web app that’s free is Billing Boss from Sage Software (billingboss.com), an online invoicing tool that currently allows you to create unlimited invoices for unlimited customers. You can track your invoices and payments easily, which allows me to get paid faster. (I own my own business, and am a contractor for Sage.) Plus, I can automatically share invoices with my accountant so i don’t have to send her files every time. Time saver!

Please note: This author has been compensated by Sage.

FlashDemo studio is a tool to record everything on your desktop, for example, record a PowerPoint and publish as flash movie.

Project bubble interface looks very sleek. Although I don’t think it has anything more to offer than the myriad of project management tools currently available on the market.

Hey, nice list. I took a look and unfortunately, some of them aren’t free as they are described.
