This is a nice overview article on Dotnetnuke, and would make a good intro to a more in depth set of articles exploring the options and solutions available for designers/developers/users of the framework. I've been using the CMS since version 1 and needless to say I'm a big fan, from the options available as a designer/developer and user, to the great support and community around it, Dotnetnuke is a thriving open source option.
