		<description>Sure it is an ad, but also there are also people submitting their work to 123RF so i think it is a pure reality and for designer who needs some material it&#039;s just a question of reading the rules and choosing 123 or not.</description>

At best it&#039;s an annoying method of payment, at worst the site is blatantly trying to rip you off by making you buy credits in unrealistic increments. I&#039;ve never heard of this site until now, but I&#039;m assuming you guys would not be recommending scammers.

But still, credits/subscriptions are usually just a cash grab and a punishment for users who actually want to purchase from the site.</description>
