Nice list. I use Teamviewer all the time for troubleshooting my parent’s PC since they live in Puerto Rico, but Jing is an app that I might add to my troubleshooting rotation.

ComparePSD sounds like an interesting idea even though I can’t think of why I would want to use it.

simple css is a lifesaver! truly awesome.

I personally tend to favour SSuite Office’s free office software. Their software also don’t need to run on Java or .NET, so it makes their applications very small and efficient.

They also have a lot of very useful portable software, like an envelope printer, portable briefcase, money application, etc.

I’m curious that you mentioned ATM. I stopped using it for font managing since Adobe no longer updates or support it. Any thoughts about using it on Vista/7?

Designer have to be creative in terms of marking their apps more professional. Its really great info.
