I love Google products. I use Google calendar to send myself an SMS each Wednesday night to remind me to put out the garbage and I use Gmail to back up my business emails.

I have an forwarder on my hosting that forwards all incoming emails to a Gmail account and in Thunderbird I have it set to send a copy of all outgoing emails to the same account.

I can't believe how often I use the Gmail search facility to find stuff I've lost, usually receipts and passwords.

I love Remember the Milk and ReQall, but I've actually switched over almost completely to Toodledo (www.toodledo.com).

Here's a review I wrote comparing the two: http://www.usefultools.com/2009/09/organize-everything/

Thanks, nice compilation.

I really like Remember the milk. It is very good web app which I use on a regular basis. I haven't tried the rest of the ones in the list. Will check them out.

@tdawg I've used Hassle me for about a year now, and it works because I honor the reminder. Commitment to action I think is the key here. That, and keep whatever the "hassle" is small and do-able, almost instantly.

Great list, I would also add IzzyTodo.com - very nice and easy free tool
