Another instance which I find file sharing is necessary is my invoices, where I would rather automatically share my read-only invoices with my accountant so she can easily track new business coming into me. So much easier than transferring files on a continuous basis, which is what I used to do with my desktop program. I use Billing Boss from Sage Software (http://www.billingboss.com), a free online invoicing tool. I use it to create, send, and track unlimited invoices and payments for unlimited customers currently. I run my own business (and am a contractor for Sage). So helpful!
