Easy & Secure Group Collaboration Over Email
tgethr is for Project teams who need a no-frills, secure email-based collaboration solution and useful for families, friends, and clubs who don’t need the overhead of more complicated solutions. This is also best for remotely located people who still use email as a primary collaboration mechanism. With tgethr all correspondence over the web and email can be safely encrypted.
How it works
1- Enter email addresses of people you want to be tgethr with and pick a group address like family@tgethr.com
2- Start sending email to the group address and everyone will automatically receive a copy.
3- Attach files, include links to videos, audio, or images. Even cc: or bcc: the group address for everyone to read. It will all be archived for you on the web.

The only issue with keeping groups organized over email is timeline and task management. It is so hard to keep a schedule when you have to sift through emails to figure out who was assigned to which task when.
Another great free group collaboration website is teamr.com. They have email, SMS notifications, calendaring, a website, surveys, reporting, etc all in their free package.
