thanks for the suggestion of ChickenVNC, it’s best VNC client on Mac so far

I used to use Chicken of the VNC constantly, but JollysFastVNC is the new king. It is actively maintained, faster, and more feature-complete than Chicken.

Also, what advantage does Pastor have over the built-into-OS Keychain? I’d rather not have two tools for the same job.

OS X has a built in VNC viewer, no need for the chicken…

From Finder:

type CMD-K (or from the menu select Go->Connect to Server…)

then enter as the Server Address something like:

vnc://yourServer

And away you go!
