Roxer is an easy-to-use, free online tool that lets anyone create beautiful web pages without programming. It takes a new approach to making web pages, based on the idea that you should never have to bother with code.  With Roxer anyone can make visually stunning and fully functional web pages online using only a web browser.  Editing is even easier. I think I’ve heard of this before. I don’t think a Web Design Company would ever use something like this unless a client was so picky that this type of program could be used to do something fast and easy for them. I actually like to learn about coding. I think it is important to know how to do it (if you are in the design industry) because it gets you a step ahead of the rest.
