Thanks for the list – I’d also recommend http://www.senduit.com as well. Free service that allows you to upload up to 100MB files and then send a link to the user to have them download it. You also get to set an expiration date of up to 1 week before the file is deleted.

One app that has been very handy, also free, is HeyCosmo’s Blaster (www.heycosmo.com and as an app on Facebook). This is designed for calling friends and family, in robo-call style, and organizing. It is completely flexible and allows you to write your own questions, options and responses to the options chosen; and allows the sender to see the responses in real-time.

    Check it out!

Its a comprehensive list. But there’s a new program out there, Otengo.
Whats makes otengo different from other softwares is: first you can send files of unlimited size. Any number/size of files or folders can e sent. Secondly, Otengo has a push-based model. It works like email, and when you get a message, the files download on your computer while you work. If internet get disconnected, the file donload resumes from where it stopped. That is something no other program out there can do.
Its pretty amazing, and you guys must check it out. Get it at www.otengo.com .
