Voz Me is a nice text to speech free online utility. It allows the user to save the text as an mp3 file. You will just need to give your text in the content box in website and click on the button to create mp3 and then it will create mp3 and give you an option to listen or download the mp3.
They also offer service for webmasters to include voice on their website. Check some examples here.
